The future ..

Everyday I'm flooded with talk about the future, my future and what it holds. The possibility of what career I have chosen or haven't and with every time I'm asked about my future I become more anxious over the subject. On one side the future is exciting and full of endless possibilities but on the other its a whole lot of uncertainty and with that comes fear, now I know that eventually I'll  figure it out and find my purpose in life but for now I'm left with a whole lot of thoughts and ideas. I fear that that's where my problem is, I tend to have an endless list on what I want to do and my dream job but when it comes to putting this plan in to action I get stuck. I have all of the ideas and motivation with my future plans its the resources that I dont have, the knowledge on where to look for my dream job ... but my question is, does anyone ever have the resources for their dream job, or do they find their own resources?
